Privacy policy

Wisdomia is a small Seattle-based studio. We respect your time and your data. This policy explains what we collect when you visit wisdomia.studio or contact us, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you. When you fill out the project brief form, we collect:

  • Your name and organization
  • Your email address and (optionally) phone number
  • The project details you share with us — plan interest, timeline, current website URL, and project description

We do not use cookies for tracking, do not run advertising scripts, and do not embed third-party analytics that profile you.

How we use it

Information you send us is used to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal
  • Schedule a discovery call
  • Send project-related communication (invoices, updates, scope changes)

That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask to join.

Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered to our team email and stored in our project management tools. We keep records of past work for as long as needed to fulfill our obligations — typically the length of the engagement plus a reasonable archival period for accounting.

The 20% giveback

When you become a client, the financial information related to your project (invoices, payments) is used to calculate the 20% we contribute to The House of Wisdom for free tutoring. We do not share your project details with The House of Wisdom — only aggregate contribution amounts.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • See the information we have about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your data (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
  • Stop contacting you

Email support@wisdomia.dev with your request and we'll handle it within 5 working days.

Security

We use reputable, encrypted services for email, storage, and project management. We protect your information with reasonable technical safeguards, but no system on the internet is 100% secure — if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we'll let you know promptly.

Children

Wisdomia's services are for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
